You know, it's not the actual teaching I'm afraid of; that much I know I can do, and have been doing to different extents for the last three years. It's the actual applying that has me...well, petrified is exactly the right word. I'm not licensed, and it seems like folks aren't taking me seriously, though I haven't actually had any interviews yet.

I should just push my Ling degree and copious Comp. Lit coursework into a highschool English position in a private school, but I don't know where to look around here for that, and whether they would take me seriously.

I mean, isn't my pedagogical awesomeness apparent to everyone? Whee, second-guessing yourself.
